We do not charge accommodation seekers to use or access www.sleepwithus.co.za. However, this site is only to be used to contact our advertisers regarding the suitability of their individual property as a vacation destination. Any use by a person or entity for any purpose other than the research and subsequent booking of a vacation property is strictly prohibited. By visiting this site, you are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Personal use: The site must not be used for any reason other than to view or make legitimate accommodation enquiries to owners regarding your interest in particular vacation rental properties.

- Enquiries: When you use www.sleepwithus.co.za to send an enquiry to an advertiser, you agree to allow www.sleepwithus.co.za or its affiliated websites to add your email address to our database of customers. You may receive at least one promotional email from either www.sleepwithus.co.za or its affiliated websites - you may opt out from this at any time.
In order to process a request you may have of us we need to know contact information that could include all or some of the following: your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and, in the case of an advertising listing, a method of payment. www.sleepwithus.co.za will use this information to contact you from time to time with critical customer updates and information, or to send you information about new services or opportunities. Accommodation seekers may send enquiries to our property owners/advertisers through a property's booking enquiry form on www.sleepwithus.co.za. If you choose to send an enquiry through these links, your personal information, including your email address and any other information you supply, will be visible to the owner of the property you enquired about so that they might reply directly to you. Do not share information in the email that you are not prepared to allow them to have, including, but not limited to, credit card and bank account information. These enquiries are sent to both the individual owner/advertiser you selected and retained by www.sleepwithus.co.za. The resulting enquiry is available for review only by the owner/advertiser to whom they were initially addressed and to www.sleepwithus.co.za customer service employees, who may be asked by advertisers for their past enquiry information.
All enquiries sent through www.sleepwithus.co.za are accepted and are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Service and our Privacy Policy.
